Personal Data

We may collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number, if you provide it
• Client information you add (names, contacts, appointment notes)
• Business data (services, prices, schedules)

Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system
• IP address
• App usage data and interactions
• Crash logs and diagnostics

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Application
• Manage your bookings, clients, and schedules
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Send notifications (appointment reminders, booking confirmations)
• Improve app performance and fix issues
• Provide customer support

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data hosted on AWS EU). Privacy Policy

• RevenueCat — subscription management. Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics and performance measurement for our landing page and web services. Privacy Policy

5. Payments

We use Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing to process subscriptions.

• We do not store your payment or credit card data.
• Payments are processed entirely by Apple / Google through their respective platforms.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We may share data only:

• With third-party service providers listed in Section 4 (for the sole purpose of operating the Service)
• If required by law or legal process

7. Tracking and Advertising

Fancy Clients does not use data collected in the mobile application to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement.

We do not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA), do not sell personal data, and do not share personal data with data brokers.

Website analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to understand visits to our website, measure advertising performance, and improve the landing page. Meta Pixel may be used on the website to measure landing page visits and app download button clicks. These website tools are not used to track mobile app users across third-party apps or websites.

8. Data Storage & Retention

Your data may be stored:

• On your device (local cache)
• On secure cloud servers (Supabase, hosted on AWS EU)

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you permanently delete your account, we delete your Fancy Clients profile, clients, appointments, financial records, services, schedules, message templates, uploaded media, authentication identity, and the subscription customer record associated with your Fancy Clients user ID.

Our providers may retain limited security, billing, or transaction records when required by law or by their own legal obligations. Apple and Google control their store purchase histories and subscription records under their respective privacy policies.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and view your personal data
• Edit or correct your data
• Delete your data and account
• Request a copy of your data

Delete your Fancy Clients account

You can permanently delete your account inside the mobile application: Profile → App Settings → Account → Delete Account. The app shows the signed-in email address, requires fresh verification with the same linked Apple or Google identity, and asks for final confirmation before deletion starts.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a paid subscription purchased through Apple or Google. Use the Manage subscriptionlink in the deletion screen, or your App Store / Google Play subscription settings, if you do not want the subscription to renew.

If you cannot access the app, contact us at the email below for help exercising your privacy rights. We may need to verify account ownership before responding to a request.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

11. Children's Privacy

Fancy Clients is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Application. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
