Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Fancy Clients mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fancy Clients, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Fancy Clients is a business management application for beauty professionals. It provides tools for:
- Managing appointments and schedules
- Client management
- Financial tracking
- Online booking (for subscribed users)
- Team / master management (for salon subscriptions)
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans
Fancy Clients offers the following subscription tiers:
- Fancy Air (Free) — basic features with daily appointment limits
- Fancy Pro — unlimited appointments, online booking
- Fancy Pro Max — all Pro features plus salon mode, unlimited masters, and priority support
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store / Google Play).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google.
Downgrade
- If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier, your existing data (masters, clients, appointments) will be preserved but certain features may become restricted.
- If you later upgrade again, all previously created data will become accessible again.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including:
- Client information
- Appointment records
- Financial data
- Business settings and configurations
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. You must have proper consent to store client personal information.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to store or transmit harmful or malicious content
7. Availability & Modifications
- We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fancy Clients shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party services (Apple, Google, Supabase)
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to paid features will cease
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting us
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Application. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
